Obviously a very creative and interesting design, BUT THIS IS NOT a very small house when you consider the total floor area or even the buildings footprint.
The judges have lost any credibility when 5x6x7 m2 is considered very small. Many inner city dwellings would be less than 100m2 and they are not described as such!
